Your tasks

• Conducting sales and negotiation calls in telephone sales
• Comprehensive support and technical advice for existing customers
• Acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer portfolio
• Preparation of offers, as well as professional handling of orders and requests.
• Close collaboration with our internal sales team and our technical department

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training; ideally experience in technical telephone sales or support.
• Strong interest in technical products and technical contexts
• Excellent communication skills and confident negotiation skills
• Team-oriented work style with a consistent customer focus
• High flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment
• Strong self-motivation as well as an independent and proactive work style
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
