MDE devices with integrated DPM (Direct Part Marking) module for capturing very small or difficult-to-read barcodes.
Through direct part marking, relevant product information in manufacturing and production processes is anchored directly on the component. DPM codes are used in a wide range of industrial areas - whether in the automotive industry, mechanical engineering or electronics manufacturing.
There are various ways to apply information directly to a component. In most cases, DataMatrix codes are used for direct part marking. These contain information in a compact form and do not require a lot of space.
