Simplified communication within the company
The Smart Talk software was developed by Honeywell to make communication within companies easier. The communication app can be installed on desktop devices and mobile devices. Similar to well-known messenger applications such as WhatsApp and Co., groups can be formed. For example, a hardware store could create the “Gardening” or “Bathroom & Tiles” group to facilitate communication in these departments. In group chats, all messages, documents, etc. are then directly accessible to all employees. This speeds up internal corporate communication significantly. Smart Talk can replace traditional desktop phones
Another Smart Talk advantage is mobile telephony in the company's WLAN. Employees no longer need separate desktop phones as mobile devices (such as the Honeywell CT40) can be used directly via the Smart Talk app like a conventional telephone. This saves you having to purchase a telephone system and also having to constantly switch between several devices at work.
