Extremely light and easy to handle
The wired ring scanner Zebra RS4000 is very light at just under 57g and is comfortable to carry. In combination with a mobile computer or wearable mobile computer, it makes working easier with hands-free scanning processes.
The scanning engine reads 1D barcodes from a distance of up to 4,5 meters and also reads barcodes at close range quickly and safely. Thanks to a rotating trigger, the ring scanner can be used by both right- and left-handed people. With protection class IP54, it is protected against dust and moisture and can also be used in extreme ambient temperatures such as those found in deep-freeze storage.
Connection to mobile computers
The Ring scanner RS4000 is intended for cable connection to a mobile computer. This works particularly well with the mobile computers for the wrist from Zebra - the Zebra WT6000 wearable mobile computer. The captured barcodes can then be processed directly on the mobile computer and/or passed on to the higher-level ERP.
