The Zebra RS2100 wearable scanner is the world's smallest scanner in its class, designed specifically for the enterprise sector. With an innovative design that leaves your palm free, it offers exceptional comfort and increases the productivity of your employees. The RS2100 is not only light and compact, but also robust and versatile, making it the ideal solution for a wide range of industries.
For employees who scan hundreds or thousands of items every day, comfort is key. The RS2100 weighs just 31 grams and has an ultra-slim profile of just 14,6 mm. This minimizes the risk of fatigue even after long shifts. The innovative back of the hand design ensures that the palm remains free, making it easier to grip and hold objects and thus increase productivity.
Using the RS2100 is incredibly easy. The holder comfortably fits any hand size, eliminating the need to order and manage different sizes. The scanner is available in right and left hand versions and has an integrated battery, eliminating the need to manage separate batteries. Thanks to the optional Device Tracker tool, misplaced scanners can be easily found, avoiding interruptions in operation.
The RS2100 is equipped with high-performance PRZM Intelligent Imaging, which captures almost any 1D and 2D barcode at lightning speed - even damaged, poorly printed or dirty codes. The expanded field of view makes it easier to scan barcodes of different sizes, further increasing efficiency.
With an IP54 seal and a 1,8 meter drop resistance to concrete, the RS2100 is built to withstand the rugged working environment. It is water and dust resistant and can be used both indoors and outdoors, making it ideal for applications in warehousing, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and transportation and logistics.
The RS2100 can be connected to a wide range of devices including Zebra handheld computers, Apple and Android tablets and smartphones, and PCs. This offers companies the flexibility to integrate the scanner into existing and future workflows without having to purchase additional hardware. The Bluetooth adapter makes it possible to connect the scanner to PCs, which is particularly advantageous for packing stations.
The RS2100 offers several methods to confirm successful scans, including LED indicators, audible signals and vibrations. This immediate feedback helps employees work efficiently and minimize errors.
With the Zebra OneCare Essential and Select service contracts, unexpected repair costs can be avoided and the functionality of the scanners can be ensured. These service options provide comprehensive support, including coverage for accidental damage and normal wear and tear, as well as live technical support.
