Designed for scan-intensive applications

The ergonomic back-of-hand scanner makes work in scan-intensive applications easier and does not add unnecessary weight. Thanks to its compact size and low weight, it greatly simplifies natural movement and work processes. The wearable scanner simplifies and speeds up the process of picking up, carrying and interacting with objects. Since work is not interrupted by constantly putting down and picking up the scanner, a scanning process is shortened by 4 seconds.

Scanner on clip

Alternatively, the HasciSE barcode scanner can be worn relaxed and securely on a clip, similar to a ski pass holder. The barcode scanner is then quickly at hand and ready for use.

Scan triggering via infrared proximity sensor or finger button

In order to further speed up workflows, it is possible to configure the back of the hand scanner so that a scan is automatically triggered as soon as a barcode appears in the barcode scanner's field of view. Otherwise, detection is carried out using the integrated finger button in the hand strap.

Even more handy than a ring scanner

Compared to ring scanners, the glove scanner is significantly narrower. Carrying it on the back of the hand makes it less disruptive for the user, and on the other hand it is less exposed to knocks and shocks.

The back of the hand scanner is attached to the top of the hand strap using snap fasteners. This makes it easy to remove the scanner for charging in the docking station.

1D and 2D barcode capture

The back of the hand scanner quickly and easily captures 1D and 2D symbologies regardless of orientation.

Complete solution for every application

In combination with a mobile computer, the back of the hand scanner is the complete data capture solution for practically any type of application where checking and possibly input can be made on the display after the scanning process. The scanner transmits the recorded data via Bluetooth to a wide variety of devices, such as tablet PCs, mobile computers or directly to the PC. The back of the hand scanner is compatible with all Bluetooth-enabled devices with Bluetooth 4.0 and higher.
