The QuickScan 2100 Series from Datalogic, with the models QD2131, QBT2131 and QM2131, represents a robust and versatile solution for linear barcode scanning. These scanners are specifically designed for retail, services and public institutions and offer high performance, coupled with the latest technology and a user-friendly design.
The QuickScan™ models are characterized by a light and balanced design, which enables comfortable working even over longer periods of time. With a size of 16,3 x 9,1 x 4,1 cm and a weight of just 150 to 190 grams (depending on the model), the scanners fit comfortably in the hand and are therefore ideal for everyday use. The clearly visible scan line and the ergonomic design make use intuitive and efficient.
Thanks to the extra wide scanning angle and the extra long scanning line, the QuickScan™ scanners are able to capture even long barcodes quickly and reliably. This is particularly useful in areas where conventional area imagers reach their limits. With a reading speed of 400 scans per second and a high depth of field, the scanners can easily read barcodes from different distances and angles. In addition, the Datalogic 'Green Spot' technology provides a visual read confirmation that informs the user that the scan was successful.
The QBT2131 and QM2131 models offer increased flexibility thanks to wireless communication. The QBT2131 supports Bluetooth and is compatible with Android and iOS devices, making it ideal for mobile applications. The QM2131, on the other hand, uses the Datalogic STAR radio system, which ensures stable and interference-free communication even in environments with obstacles. Both models have a powerful lithium-ion battery that can be easily replaced without tools. The ability to charge the battery via a USB or micro-USB cable further increases the application possibilities.
The QuickScan™ models are designed for use in demanding environments. With an IP42 protection rating, they are protected against dust and water and can withstand drops of up to 1,5 meters onto concrete. The QuickScan™ scanners are equipped with various interfaces such as USB, RS-232 and keyboard loop-in, thus offering high compatibility with different systems. OPOS and JavaPOS drivers are also available for users in the point of sale environment and can be downloaded free of charge.
