The Intermec EasyCoder PD42 is known for excellent features and quality especially for medium-volume applications. The complete metal housing and metal cover make it very robust and can also be used in an industrial environment without any problems.

The Intermec barcode printer is easy to operate and configure thanks to the monochrome graphic display. The Intermec device offers the possibility to not only use Intermec printer language, but also to emulate other protocols. The PD42 is therefore compatible with all Intermec devices as well as a cost-effective replacement printer in almost all non-Intermec firmware environments. For example, connection options specifically certified by SAP enable direct printing from SAP ERP via SAPScript & XML based applications.

The barcode printer Easycoder PD42 has been discontinued by Honeywell-Intermec. The direct successor model is the Honeywell PM42 barcode label printer.
