Universally applicable barcode printers

The barcode printer series CLNX plus with the models CL4NX and CL6NX were developed to reliably meet a wide range of labeling solutions and requirements. Thanks to the robust metal construction and the stable print head and ribbon mechanism made of injection-molded aluminum, the barcode printer is also designed for printing tasks with continuous loads. The double-folding housing lid enables high-quality label printing even when space is limited. When designing the barcode printer, some very useful features were taken into account: For example, the label printer has a base plate with mounting options for mounting on sloping surfaces and all cables disappear securely into the cable guide under the printer's housing cover. The 4-color display is also very good, making it extremely easy to use the barcode printer.

Operating instructions directly on the display

Typical recurring processes (inserting label material, changing ribbon, etc.) can be played back via video on the display directly from the printer's internal memory and enable the printer to be handled professionally even by inexperienced users.

Different model variants

As standard, the Sato printer comes with a tear-off edge for manual label removal and external label access from below or behind.
Depending on the type of use, different model variants are available:

• Cutter (with automatic or command activation)
• Label dispenser (with dispensing edge and winding for backing paper)

Supports many label materials

The Sato CLNX barcode printer Supports a variety of labels and ribbon materials - whether wrapped inside or outside. At the same time, it supports UHF and HF RFID labels, as well as carrierless labels. The LTDS technology (Label Tension Damper System) ensures continuous adjustment of the tracking tension of the labels and a uniform, high-quality print image.
