High performance label printer
Honeywell's new PX45 and PX65 rugged label printers offer outstanding performance, are flexible, compact and individually programmable, streamlining printing operations and speeding implementation into existing system environments.
Stand-alone operation possible
Honeywell's state-of-the-art PX series label printers are not necessarily dependent on a host PC but can be controlled directly using a barcode scanner, for example. This improves efficiency and significantly reduces costs. The PX series printers were designed for continuous use in demanding environments and are ideally suited for this.
Many interfaces make implementation easier
The maximum print width of the PX45 is 110 mm. The maximum print width of the PX65 is 167,4 mm. Compared to the previous model, the PX65 has a new processor and larger memory. The PX series label printers can be easily integrated into existing systems. In addition to the standard interfaces (USB, RS232 and Ethernet), there are a variety of additional options. These include WLAN, parallel IEEE 1284 additional serial ports or an industrial interface with 8 digital inputs/outputs, 4 analog relays and 1 RS232/422/485 port.
Honeywell offers a web-based application with extensive functions for managing and configuring printers. Various settings can be made at any time directly via the LCD color display. The new hardware platform offers more performance and faster job processing compared to the previous model PX4iE.
Exceptional performance
Depending on your needs and application, the robust PX45 label printer can be equipped with 203, 300 or 406 dpi print heads. The PX65 is available with either a 203 or 300 dpi resolution. The maximum printing speed is between 100 mm/s and 300 mm/s, depending on the configuration and resolution. Thanks to the QuickMount design, changing the print head without tools is very quick and easy. To produce RFID labels, the PX45 and PX65 label printers can be retrofitted with an RFID unit at any time.
