Our on-site service

Our on-site service offers you the opportunity to have repairs or device replacement carried out by our competent technicians directly on site. This saves you time-consuming submissions. Often only a few steps are necessary to make your defective device functional again. Our on-site service has many spare and sealing parts in the service vehicle. We would be happy to provide you with our specialist staff immediately on site.

Our service center supports you live with software problems. Using the Teamviewer software, our service technician connects live to your system and supports you in solving the problem. A small program file is saved on your computer for the TeamViewer connection. After saving, please restart the program. Then contact our service center by telephone on the service hotline listed above. “Your ID” and a “password” are requested to establish the connection.
