Depending on your needs, a mobile workstation can be adapted accordingly. Printers or scanner systems can be included, depending on whether products are just to be scanned or immediately provided with a label. For example, with the mobile workstation in goods receipt, new goods can be booked directly into the system using a barcode scanner and a connected PC - the workstation is right there with you. We at Integer Solutions have the product as a mobile workstation isWorkstation on offer that combines all of the above advantages. The battery of each device can be charged via a normal socket and supplies the connected devices with power for up to 24 hours, depending on the application. An LED light shows the respective charge level. After 8 hours the fleece battery is fully charged. Special battery changing devices are available for the isWorkstation for shift operation. The batteries can then be changed during operation, enabling the mobile workstation to operate 24 hours a day.
The second big advantage of the isWorkstation as a mobile workstation is the flexible equipment options. Depending on the type of use and location, a wide variety of IT equipment can be selected. The range extends from conventional PC systems to robust industrial computers. A whole range of barcode scanners and printers are also available.
A mobile workplace adapted to your needs
The isWorkstation is an off the grid independent, mobile workplace, which can accommodate all important IT components such as printers, barcode scanners and PCs. With the isWorkstation, a complete workstation is available exactly where it is needed. The facilitated working independently throughout the warehouse, shortens storage routes and speeds up the storage and retrieval process. The smooth-running, large wheels make the cart easy to move. The low center of gravity makes the car extremely stable and robust for daily work, even in harsh environmental conditions. The storage system is freely adjustable and can be adapted to the operator's requirements. With different storage areas and various accessories, the mobile vehicle can be precisely adapted to the needs of the user. An optionally available keyboard pull-out, drawers, holders for barcode scanners and pens, as well as an optional battery changing device make operation more comfortable.

The powerful batteries Our mobile carts are tailored to the type of use they are used for. A wide variety of battery technologies are used (fleece battery, lead-gel battery, lithium battery). We would be happy to advise you individually so that we can offer the most economical and sustainable battery solution for your application. What all battery technologies have in common is that they can be charged via a normal socket and reliably supply all components of the mobile car with power for up to 24 hours. The Lithium Batteries have the advantage that they have shorter charging cycles and the devices are fully charged again more quickly. An LED shows the current charge level so that you can charge the battery in good time. An optional battery changing system is available for the isWorkstation 300.12 model, which allows the battery to be changed quickly using a pull-out battery compartment.

The isWorkstation is equipped with a PC, a barcode label printer and a scanner. Due to the mobile workplace, the warehouse employee can move freely with the workplace in the warehouse. The employee can access information at any time using the usual ERP desktop application and scan item barcodes using the scanner. Barcode labels can be printed directly on the spot to label new items or storage locations. All required devices are available in the immediate vicinity - long running times are saved.
